The Story
Sany SY50 Hydraulic Hammer
Designed to fit the Sany SY50 excavator, this hydraulic hammer is a rugged demolition attachment built to break hard rock and concrete on demanding sites. It connects directly to your excavator’s auxiliary lines, with the hydraulic pump delivering high-pressure blows to the chisel for fast, efficient breaking. Each Rhinox hydraulic hammer in this range includes safety and durability features to keep you working longer on tough demolition and quarry tasks. A simple step-by-step installation guide is available to help you get up and running quickly.
- ABF System: An in-built safety feature that stops the hammer from firing when it isn’t firmly resting on a surface, preventing unnecessary blows and reducing wear on both the hammer and the excavator arm.
- Rigid Damping System: A vibration-control mechanism that minimizes recoil and operator fatigue, smoothing operation and extending the life of the breaker.
- Installation Kit: Includes tools for setup, including a toolbox with wrenches and a nitrogen charging kit, so you’re ready to install on site.
- Wedge Chisels: Supplied with 2x flat, wedge chisels for versatile breaking performance.
- Hydraulic Hoses: Two 88-inch hoses are included, each with 1/2-inch BSP threads; longer hoses or shortening may be needed based on your auxiliary port location.
- Compatibility and Mounting: Specifically designed to fit Sany SY50 excavators; mounting brackets must be fitted to the hammer upon arrival, with all necessary tools included.
- Warranty: Protected by a warranty of up to 1 year or 2,000 operating hours (whichever comes first); hoses are excluded, but the chisel is included if a manufacturing defect is the cause.
Benefits: This hydraulic hammer enables faster, more controlled demolition and quarry work. The ABF system prevents needless impacts, protecting both the hammer and the excavator arm, while the rigid damping system reduces vibration and operator fatigue during long days on site. The included installation kit minimizes downtime, and the two chisel options let you tackle a range of materials—from reinforced concrete to solid rock. With standard hoses and fittings, setup is straightforward, and the warranty provides confidence as you power through demolition challenges.
