The Story

The Virnig V60 Hydraulic Snow Blade/Pusher is a versatile skid-steer attachment engineered for precise, configurable snow removal. It combines independent wing angling with a floating frame to adapt to changing conditions and surfaces, helping you clear efficiently from driveways to parking lots.

  • Universal mounting package: Includes skid steer mounting hoses, couplers & fittings for quick, hassle-free installation on most machines.
  • Electric over hydraulic control: Independent angling of each wing with full blade-angle control for flexible, customized clearing patterns.
  • Infinite blade/wing configurations: The entire blade can be angled separately from the wings, enabling unlimited combinations for drifting snow, curbs, and edge work.
  • Floating frame link: Maintains constant blade contact when wings are angled and provides down pressure when the wings are straight for consistent passes.
  • Oscillation and adjustable skid shoes: Edge follows uneven surfaces for steady performance and reliable cutting depth across the work area.
  • Hydraulic crossover relief valve: Absorbs shock and can angle the entire blade if a curb or obstacle is struck, protecting the attachment and loader.
  • Three blade sections with trip edges: Each section has its own trip edge and eight compression springs for controlled, smooth retraction on obstructions.
  • Replaceable wear edges: Middle section uses a 5/8" x 8" reversible steel edge; wings use 1/2" x 7 3/4" reversible steel edges, all designed for easy reversal and extended life (up to 5.5" wear through use).
  • Edge material options: Steel edges or UHMW polyethylene edges for reduced friction and quieter operation; UHMW edge provides up to 5 1/4" wear and is bolt-on and reversible.
  • Power and control options: 12V accessory plug with magnetic control box option, or use the loader’s battery power with a 12V outlet and control box for in-cab convenience.
  • Four model sizes and dimensions: HSBP 120, 132, 144, and 156 models with blade widths from 124.5" to 160.5"; moldboard widths from 62" to 98"; blade height 31"; blade angle ±30°, wing angle ±60°; full-angle widths and scoops vary by model; approximate weights 1,540–1,705 lbs.
  • Recommended loader capacity: Designed for loaders rated greater than 1,800 pounds to ensure stable operation with the V60’s substantial mass.
  • Shipping and availability: In-stock items typically ship in 3–5 days; non-stock items may take 4–6 weeks.

The V60 is built to reduce downtime and improve clearing efficiency in real-world conditions. Independent wing angling lets you target drifts and windrows precisely, while the floating frame maintains consistent contact for cleaner passes and better down pressure when needed. Replaceable steel or UHMW edges keep maintenance predictable and costs under control, and the shock-absorbing relief valve protects both blade and machine when encounters are unavoidable. With multiple sizes and edge options, you can choose the exact configuration that matches your loader, job size, and snow conditions for dependable, productive snow removal all season long.
